Remember when you were a child and bursting with energy? What a difference a few decades make! Most adults feel tired some of the time, but often we do the wrong things in our efforts to regain energy.

  1. I often feel tired by mid-afternoon, so I give myself energy by having coffee, tea, a fizzy drink or a bar of chocolate.
  2. I use my evenings to recuperate from my busy day and usually watch TV or lie down early.
