Great for: Omelettes, frittatas, soufflés, quiches. They are an easy quick snack, boiled, poached or scrambled. Egg on wholemeal toast is the ultimate healthy lunch. They are packed with protein, vitamins and minerals.

What's a serving? Two eggs

Price per serving: If you buy half a dozen eggs for 70p it works out at 23p per serving

Nutrition info per serving: Two medium sized eggs would provide around 140 calories.
