Lucy Miller is a journalist, personal trainer, nutrition advisor and children's fitness specialist.
She holds fitness qualifications from NASM Training and Premier Training International and was the Fitness Editor at Health and Fitness Magazine for five years.
Since leaving the magazine, she has continued to specialise in this subject and when she isn't training clients, she writes for top consumer titles such as Men's Fitness, Health & Fitness, Glamour, Top Sante, Zest and Runners World.
In her spare time, Lucy is extremely sporty. She used to be a national gymnast, holding three national titles, has run a handful of marathons around the world and loves pushing her body to the limits with regular running and gym sessions including ballet, boxing and TRX.
