If you still have questions or need support for coping with migraines and headaches, follow our links for more information and online advice.

Migraine Action

Migraine Action is the UK's leading charity dedicated to individuals affected by migraine. It provides advice and support to migraineurs and their families through a dedicated helpline, the latest news through a quarterly newsletter "Challenging Migraine", a wealth of information on migraine and other headache disorders on its website and age-specific websites and resources especially created for children affected by migraine.

Migraine 4 Kids

Many people think that only adults get migraine, but Migraine 4 Kids says 1 child in every 10 is affected by migraine. Migraine 4 Kids from Migraine Action helps with information on migraine for children of different ages.

The Migraine Trust

Factsheets and information packs are downloadable from the Migraine Trust. As part of the alliance of charities known as Headache UK, the Trust supports people living with migraine, as well as their families.

The British Association for the Study of Headache
